a new system

comcast came out to hook up my cable, internet, and phone. the man, who hooked everything up, claims that i need to get a cable box in order to get a remote. i had him try to program my universal remote into my tv but he claims i need a new remote as well. i don't think that i need a cable box just to get a remote. he just waas trying to get more money outta me, i think. i'm not sure if i wrote on my blog about how a lady from qwest called me wondering why i switched services and i just told them it was my payee's decision and she wouldn't shut up about how qwest was all about savings and she repeated the word savings slowly a second time, so i mocked her by saying, "well, this decision was up to my payee, my pay-ee" and i could tell that frustrated her and she ended up hanging up on me. well, i gotta go see maurice on bed rest.
